Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–14 business days. Every order includes free tracked USA shipping.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently we ship to US addresses only.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, no hassle. Email support@purelylamps.com with your order number to start.

My lamp arrived damaged — what now?
Email us a photo within 48 hours. We'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no return needed.

Products

Are bulbs included?
Our LED fixtures have built-in bulbs. E27-base lamps don't include a bulb — we recommend a warm white (2700K) LED, and product pages tell you exactly which.

Do I need an electrician?
Most of our lamps are simple wall-mount installs. Hardwired fixtures are a 15-minute job for anyone comfortable with basic wiring, or any handyman.

Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout is handled by Shopify, the same secure system used by over a million stores. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
