Check your spam folder for an email from PurelyLamps. Still nothing? Email support@purelylamps.com with your order number and we'll send it right over.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking can pause for 2–4 days while packages move between carrier facilities — this is normal. If it hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
