Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes

Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@purelylamps.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll sort it out before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us — we'll reship or refund you in full. Every package is our responsibility until it's in your hands.
