30-day returns on every order. If your lamp doesn't feel right in your home, we'll take it back.

How to start a return

Email support@purelylamps.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions. Items should be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

Don't return anything — just email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
