Refund policy

We want you to love your lamp. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to start a return: Email us at support@purelylamps.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items: If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, you don't need to return anything. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@purelylamps.com.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
