Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on every order, everywhere in the USA. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes: Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@purelylamps.com within 12 hours of ordering, and we'll sort it out before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us — we'll either reship your order or refund you in full. Every package is our responsibility until it's in your hands.
